SETTING: SNQ Delegate Assemby:
FOREMAN: The secretary general recognizes the honorable delegate from the Democratic Republic of Vitalinia
[AG Zilativ walks to podium]
AG Zilativ: Fellow delegates, after consultation with Governor Adam West of the Colony of Quagmire Region and the President of the Democratic Republic of Vitalinia, we are requesting the sovereign nations of Beejaya and Akebono to organize a tribunal in the neutral state of the Colony of Quagmire Region. We ask that the Attorney General of Beejaya lead the prosecution, and that the Attorney General of Akebono lead the defense for former PM Demming. The court shall be presided over by Vitalinia's Chief Supreme Court Justice, John Souter-Rehnquist. The jury shall be composed of the the remaining four nations of the Sensational Six. If there is a deadlock in the jury voting, Vitalinia shall have the tie-breaker.
There will be three rounds in the tribunal: 1) Opening statement; 2) Body of argument; 3) Closing Statements.
I ask that each nation consult their state departments to see if this would be a favorable solution.
Thank you.

SETTING: SNQ Delegate Assembly:
FOREMAN: The secretary general recognizes the honorable delegate from the Grand Duchy of Beejaya
::Duchess Celeya walks to the podium::
We believe this trial is excessive to handle this matter. We still believe that this is an internal matter. Therefore, we would prefer a vote among the nations on whether this would trail would be needed. In such a vote, in the interest of fairness, we would abstain. If nations are that concerned about the former Prime Minister, then we would be more than happy to agree to such a request. We shall send our Minister of Justice to handle these legal arguments. We await the decision of the Assembly.
::The Duchess returns to her seat, sitting back looking at the thirty odd delegates to see what their decision is::

SETTING: SNQ Delegate Assembly:
Ambassador Eleleth stands up
Of course the current leaders of the GD of Beejaya see a trial as excessive, not only is she a threat to their self proclaimed leadership, but strong armed tactics are their ways.
While we ourselves are not convinced of her innocence, as no trial has been conducted, we nevertheless would take the charge of defending the former Prime Minister of Beejaya. We do this to preserve the right to vote in our region. We do this to preserve the right of elected officials to not be disposed by violent means. We do this for the silent majority, for democracy.
We hereby endorse the trial, the first of it kind here in SNQ.
In closing we do believe that a formal statement from the supreme court stating charges against the prime minister and what possible verdicts would entail.
Thank You ::the Ambassador takes his seat.

::Standing up from her seat, it is obvious that the delegate from Beejaya is irritated. She looks straight at Ambassador Eleleth::
Mr. Ambassador! If you are suggesting that the current leadership of Beejaya is illegal and that our power is illegitimate then we insist that make that accusation instead of dancing around the point. This nation has shown restraint and patience with your country Mr. Ambassador with your continual verbal barbs. And we continual to do so, for the time being. However, if you have issue with the current government, then we suggest you say it.
::She turns her attention to the Secretary General::
Mr. Secretary General, the Grand Duchy of Beejaya insists that the honorable Ambassador Eleleth apologize for his continual comments about the legal government of Beejaya.
::She sits down, keeping her eyes locked onto Eleleth. Already news outlets are reporting about the exchange between the delegates::

SETTING: The SNQ Delegate Assembly
**The Secretary General Glen Quagmire takes the podium**
Honorable delegates, this assembly is a sacred gathering of the highest order. Therefore, let me remind all of you that rhetoric that is anything less than becoming of honorable SNQ delegates shall not be tolerated. As a region dedicated to national sovereignty, there is no room for unwarranted, indirect, and inflammatory accusations of legitimacy of any government of a sovereign nation of the SNQ. Since I find that this is a first offense for any delegate in the SNQ Assembly, an apology is too severe to be mandated. However, if the sovereign nation of AkebonoBambusa wishes to apologize in a show of good faith, it certainly is welcome.
So now, let it be known that the honorable delegate from Akebono has been warned. A second offense will lead to a severe censure by the delegation body.
Thank you.
**The Secretary General resumes his seat**

SETTING: The SNQ Delegate Assembly
Ambassador Eleleth Stands Up
I find it funny how the statement of a few words gets a warning but the act of fueling bombers gets no response from the Assembly.
I have here a letter from Akebono and it is the opinion of all the Councils of AkebonoBambusa that this shall be our formal statement to the Assembly.
****
The only act that AkebonoBambusa is repsonsible for in the past weeks has been that of granting asylum to a political refugee who feared for her life. We would have done the same for any refugee, regardless of their station in life, be it a transient who has found his religious beliefs threatened or a Prime Minister who has fallen out of favor with a party of their government. If they fear for their life AkebonoBambusa will be a safe haven for these individuals.
We tried to complete this task with regards to the formal Prime Minister of Beejaya but we at AkebonoBambusa were not sure of her innocence regarding a shooting of citizens. For this reason we held her under arrest. We found it reasonable that since it would have been the Former PM vs. the entire government of Beejaya that a change in venue was in order. It was decided that this change was to be to moved to the Colony of Quagmire. At this point our involvement was over. It was this Assembly who asked for our continued involvement and help with the trial of the former PM.
While we are disappointed in the recent turn of events regarding the dismissal of the trial, as this is the Assembly going back on its word to preserve justice, we do not believe that this is of any consequence to us. We don't really care what happens to the former PM as it has been taken out of our hands. If this Assembly was really interested in promoting justice it would be more concerned with whole issue. It ceased being an internal issue of Beejaya when the former PM asked for asylum from AkebonoBambusa. It ceased being an internal affair when our ambassador was chased out of the country by a possible millitary mob. If the Assembly voted to send her back to Beejaya so be it. AkebonoBambusa wouldn't care. If the Assembly voted to have a trial in the Colony of Quagmire, so be it. AkebonoBambusa would be at the Assembly's service to help with the trial. But the Assembly wasn't allowed to vote and that may be the true crime that has been commited here.
Akebono Of AkebonoBambusa

::Ambassador Eleleth
We remain at the service of the SNQ Assembly. But some points of procedure should be addressed by the Assembly. Once a vote has been called it should be addressed and votes should be available for all to see. Once a vote has been called and it has been given a deadline it should remain open until that deadline has been met. Anonymity is an issue here as it is essential that we know from what country a message comes. I could login today as the "Higher Secretary General" and post something. Who is "secretarygeneral" and how do I know of their authority. Especially since the account was created just minutes before the post.
In closing we wash our hands of the PM issue since we have no grievences. But we would like to open up a debate on the ways that the Assembly conducts business. That way rules for voting and what not can be put down for all to understand. We don't believe that our ways should be the Assembly's ways but we do believe that a few fundamentals or codes of conduct be discussed and set down on record.
Thank You
Ambassador Eleleth from AkebonoBambusa takes his seat.

SETTING: The SNQ Delegate Assembly
Ambassador Eleleth quickly stands up
Also to add, we at the very beginning of this matter stated that we never believed that the former PM be reinstituted as the PM of Beejaya. We recognize the Grand Duke to be the leader of Beejaya. We stated that it was our opinion that the former PM to be released from duty and that, if it was in AkebonoBambusa, to conduct a new election to elect a new PM. That was our opinion and was offered as advice. We hold firmly to the concept that no country or Assembly of SNQ has the jurisdiction within the context of another country's internal politics. That is for the said country to figure out.
Thank You
The Ambassador sits down.

SETTING: The SNQ Delegate Assembly
FOREMAN: The Secretary General recognizes the honorable delegate from Vitalinia.
[President Vitaliz of the Democratic Republic of Vitalinia stands from his seat and walks to the podium]
My fellow delegates, our nation wishes to address your question regarding the identity of the Secretary General of the SNQ Delegation Assembly. The Secretary General's identity is controlled by both myself as well as the nation of Vitalina (OOC: My sister's nation, and moderator of the forum). Secretary General Glen Quagmire is the head of state for the Colony of Quagmire Region (a puppet nation of the SNQ). But please bear in mind that we will do all in our power to be as impartial as we represent the interests of not just individual nations but of the region as a whole. We founded this region, and it is certainly not our intent to run it into the ground through unfair, unilateral policies. We thank you in advance for the good faith you have in the impartiality of the SNQ Assembly.
As for the question regarding the points of procedure brought up by the honorable delegate from the sovereign nation of AkebonoBambusa, we hold firm to the principle that once a vote has been called it should be addressed and votes should be available for all to see. Once a vote has been called and it has been given a deadline it should remain open until that deadline has been met. I take responsibility for what has happened in that I asked my ambassador general to hastily suggest and immediately put to vote the issue of a regional tribunal for a crime commited by a Beejayan citizen within Beejayan soil. It would be a greater injustice to break one of the founding principles of this glorious region by sticking to procedure than to bend the rules of procedure by invoking executive regional privilege as a member of the Sensational Six in rescinding the motion for a tribunal and releasing PM Demming to Beejayan custody and thus preserving national sovereignty.
For this breach in procedure, I humbly ask for your forgiveness. I shall not, however, apologize for using my power to preserve a fundamental principle of this glorious region. If it pleases the Assembly, a new thread can be started to establish in writing the rules of procedure for the Assembly.
And now, at this very moment, I ask Governor Adam West to release the former PM Demming to Beejayan officials who shall transport her back to the sovereign nation of Beejaya where she will stand trial for her alleged offenses. However, we STRONGLY beseech the Grand Duke and the sovereign nation of Beejaya to follow the rule of law in providing the former PM with as fair a trial as possible.
Thank you, and may God continue to bless the Sovereign Nations of Quagmire.

::Duchess Celeya stands from her seat smiling politely from her seat::
On behalf of the Grand Duchy of Beejaya, we would like to thank all of the nations who helped in the apprehension of the Former Prime Minister. The region is surely safer now that this person is back in our custody. Rest assured that once she is back on Beejayan soil that she will receive a trail. I again would like to remind the region that she as was on to a preliminary hearing when she escaped.
Thank you.
::The Duchess takes her seat.::

Setting: A hanger at the International Airport of Quagmire Region
::In side the hanger Grand Berkley along with his personal guard away for the arrival of Ms. Demming. Soon enough doors on one side of the hanger opens and in comes, under heavy police escort and in an armored car. Once stopped, the door swings open and out steps Demming in handcuffs. The police commander approaches Grand Duke Berkley::
::Commander:: Your Highness. Are you prepared to accept this prisoner?
::Grand Duke:: Yes. Thank you commander for your assistance.
::Grand Duke's personal guard take Demming and bring her over to the Grand Duke. The police withdrawal from the hanger leaving them alone. Demming watches the last people who protected her leave the hanger. Now she is alone with the Grand Duke and his personal guard::
::Demming:: Are you going to kill me Berkley?
::Grand Duke smiles:: If I wanted you dead Ms. Demming, I would have had you killed quite a while ago. If I wanted you dead... I wouldn't have gone through the diplomatic trouble in getting you back. No... you've committed crimes against Beejaya... and for that you will go to jail. ::He looks to some of his guard:: Take her handcuffs off.
::Demming watches as the guard takes her handcuffs off. She rubs her wrists:: Aren't you afraid that I'll escape?
::Grand Duke:: Not particularly this time.
::The hanger doors open on the other side of the building. Outside two rows of Royal Guards stand shoulder to shoulder making a path to a transport plane. Each armed with X-8's standing at attention. On either side of the transport plane fighters of the Royal Air Force of Beejaya stand fueled and ready. Around them news agencies of Beejaya and other regions are reporting::
::Grand Duke:: No, I don't think you'll be slipping away this time. Please...after you. I'll let you have your moment.
::Ms. Demming, head up high and hands behind her back walked slowly between the troopers and toward the transport. Full of confidence she walked in between them as reporters shouted questions, however she ignored them. At the plane she was stopped from entering. She turned around to see The Grand Duke, along with several members of his Personal Guard walk toward her. Each Royal Guardsman saluted him as he passed and then fell back in line behind him to march onto the plane. Disgusted that the troopers saluted him and not her, she pushed passed the guards and went onto the plane. The Grand Duke and his troopers marched onto the plane as the engines of the plane began to power up. The fighters powered up and were ready to take off. Soon enough they began to taxi down the runway::

And as you can see, Ms. Demming is back in Beejayan control. It seems that this crisis is over and she will be returned to the military jail she escaped from.
